My name is Tay Noelle, I am a legally blind surreal Artist, and I use my remaining vision to create art.

Every painting I create is more than just color on canvas, it is an act of resilience, and my goal as an artist is to create art, and in doing so, inspire others to pursue what brings them joy, no matter what.
