December invites us to reflect on every aspect of ourselves—and on the year that led us here.
To honour and respect both the dark and the light, within us and within our experiences.
It’s easy to celebrate the light, the moments that felt joyful or clear, but the darker chapters deserve honour too.
They shaped us, they strengthened us, they revealed parts of ourselves we may not have met otherwise.
To recognise the good that emerged from the difficult, and to acknowledge that we needed the dark to become the light, is to reconnect with our power.
As this year comes to a close, ask yourself: What did the light teach me?What did the dark give me?
Nothing within you is separate. Nothing from this year was for nothing. All of you belongs
